Everyone starts somewhere. With decades of sourdough baking experience behind it, this kit is Breadtopia's answer to "what do I actually need to get started?" It has nothing more or less than a baker requires to begin — or maintain — their sourdough journey. Inside: our custom straight-walled glass jar with a specially engineered lid that keeps contaminants out while letting the starter breathe, a rubber o-ring to mark expansion levels after feeds, a silicone spatula sized to mix the starter and clean the jar sides, and hearty strain of Dry Sourdough Starter with full instructions.
