Yet it reliably does what it’s designed to do – create a steady warm environment in the mid 80’s F to accelerate proofing. Simply place the bowl containing your bread dough on the Raisenne and drape a towel over it. That’s it.

How it works: The patent pending Raisenne Dough Riser product uses a screen-printed heater circuit utilizing a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) ink. This ink is printed in a specific pattern to achieve the optimal temperature for raising bread dough.
