ORGANIC ORZO PASTA

A short-cut pasta in the shape of a large grain of rice, orzo is popular in both Greek and Italian cuisines. Our version is made using durum wheat semolina organically grown on a small cooperative of family farms in the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It’s a versatile cut of pasta that works well in everything from soups to salads to baked pasta dishes.
